My work is always made in a critical industrial design manner, even within a speculative setting. By taking outlandish ideas and constraining them within the box of good design, the work is made contextually and mechanically functional due to its adherence to a credible process.
STORYTELLING THAT SHAPES AN OBJECT
Good fictional narratives cause a dissonance between what is real and unreal in their audiences minds. A suspension of disbelief that prompts the viewers to empathize with the characters story as though it were their own experience. I make works that respect and ground the reality within the story’s script as well as address the needs of the story’s characters.
